Willow Ridge Student Ministries exists to connect students to God. We do that by pointing students UPWARD toward God through worship, pointing students INWARD through fellowship and discipleship, and pointing students OUTWARD through ministry and evangelism. We seek to minister to students from 6th-8th and 9th-12th grade by providing joint and separate ministries. |
STUDENT WORSHIP Happens Sunday mornings for Junior High (6th-8th) at 9:30 AM and for Senior High (9th-12th) at 11:00 AM. These worship experiences take place in the Children and Youth Building which is the first building you come to on our campus. Once inside, the room to your right, which is known as Studio419, is where the experience begins. Come and worship, play games, hang out with friends, and hear a relevant message from God's Word. This is a great opportunity to come and learn about who God is and how we should respond to Him. These are big group ministries where no matter whether you are a Christian or you are just checking things out, you can check it out and be challenged. |
STUDENT FAMILY GROUPS (Junior High) This is our small group ministry. We have 6th-7th and 8th grade groups. This is an opportunity for students to come, hang out, fellowship, and to dig deeper in their relationship with Jesus. This is designed as a ministry to help you deepen your walk with Christ. These small groups meet at the church Sunday nights from August to May. Come by Sunday nights from 5:30-7:30 to join in the fun. |
STUDENT FAMILY GROUPS (Senior High) This is our small group ministry. We have 9th-10th and 11th-12th grade groups. This is an opportunity for students to come, hang out, fellowship, and to dig deeper in their relationship with Jesus. This is designed as a ministry to help you deepen your walk with Christ. These small groups meet in homes within 10 minutes of the church. Come by Sunday nights 5:30-7:30 to join in the fun or call the church office to get more information on where your group meets. |
SUMMER MISSIONS Every summer we take a group of students, both Senior and Junior High, to change a community through serving, working, and sharing about your relationship with Christ. We have gone to Philadelphia, Montreal, Fredericksburg, Orlando, Gulf Port, New Orleans, Charleston, and this year John's Island. |

13-18: Junior High Beach Camp 20-25: Senior High Beach Camp 27: UNPLUGGED Join us from 5:30-7:30 PM for Bible study, games, worship, and fellowship together in Studio419. This is our completely STUDENT LED nights in the summer. |
| SUMMER EVENTS (JULY) |
1: Open Gym From 1:00 - 4:00 PM. Join us for anything from the trash can game to spades. Just a great time to come and hang out and get crazy. 7: Finley Park Join us as we head to Finley Park to minister to and feed the homeless and needy in our community. We will meet at the church at 6:00 PM and will return at 10:30 PM. Eat before you come, and bring water bottles, packaged crackers, a new pack of underwear, socks, t-shirts, or any other food products that we can give away to the homeless. 11: UNPLUGGED 14: Let the Games Begin Join us as we battle Eastlake Community Church in athletic, mental, and team challenges. Time and place TBD. 17-24: John's Island Mission Trip 25: UNPLUGGED 28: Lunch and a Movie Join us at the church for lunch and a movie. We will meet at the church at 11:00 AM and be traveling to CiCi's for lunch. We will have a movie later at the church. We will be done at 4:00 PM. |

1: UNPLUGGED 3: Minute to Win it Olympics Join us at the church from 5:30-7:30 PM for the "Minute to Win it Olympics." We will have students competing in these games to win really great prizes. Compete against your youth staff for the Grand Prize! 4: In Home Bible Studies Be praying through your involvement here. These are completely student lead and will be in student's homes. Invite your friends and look for more information to come. Times and locations will vary. If you would be interested in hosting a Bible study and leading it, let Jeff Gray know. 8: UNPLUGGED 11: SUMMER FINALE! This is going to be the biggest, coolest event all summer.
